The Nine Arches Bridge is located between Demodara and Ella stations. Without entry fee you can see and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It is approachable snytime of the day. Whereas the best is sight seeing along with early morning sun shine.
It is better if you can catch the time of locomotives barrelling along. Here is the train schedule from Sri Lanka Government Railway, you can catch either Colombo to Ella or Kandy to Ella lines.
